You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating and maintaining your account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact Kywok as soon as possible.

Users must participate honestly, respectfully, and in a way that supports a safe and constructive community.

You are responsible for following campaign instructions, respecting deadlines, and communicating clearly with other users.

You must not misuse Kywok or interfere with the experience of other users.

Authors are responsible for the books, campaign descriptions, files, links, and instructions they provide.

Authors should set clear expectations about deadlines, deliverables, review requirements, and any materials shared with readers.

Authors must respect reader feedback and must not pressure readers to provide dishonest or misleading reviews.

Readers are responsible for joining campaigns they can participate in honestly and within the stated expectations.

Readers should provide feedback or reviews that reflect their genuine opinions and experience with the book or campaign.

Readers must respect any confidentiality or usage rules that apply to early access materials.

Campaigns may include beta reading, ARC reading, cover feedback, blurb feedback, launch team activities, or other collaboration formats.

Participation may be subject to author approval, campaign requirements, deadlines, and platform rules.

Kywok does not guarantee that users will be accepted into campaigns, complete campaigns, or receive a specific outcome.

Feedback and reviews should be honest, respectful, and based on your own experience.

Authors may request reviews, but they may not require positive reviews or attempt to manipulate review content.

Users are responsible for complying with the rules of any third-party review platforms where they post reviews.

You may not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, exploit, or deceive other users.

You may not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious content, or attempt to disrupt Kywok systems.

You may not use Kywok to manipulate reviews, sell unauthorized access, or participate in abusive or fraudulent activity.

Kywok and its interface, branding, software, and platform materials are owned by Kywok or its licensors.

Authors and users retain ownership of the original content they submit, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.

You must not copy, distribute, or use another user’s content without permission or a lawful basis.

You are responsible for content you upload, submit, or share through Kywok, including text, images, files, links, feedback, and messages.

By submitting content, you grant Kywok the limited permission needed to host, display, transmit, and process that content to provide the service.

Kywok may remove content that appears to violate these terms, platform policies, or applicable law.

Kywok may suspend or terminate access if an account appears to violate these terms, creates risk for other users, or is required by law.

Users may stop using Kywok at any time and may request account-related assistance through the available support channels.

Some obligations, such as intellectual property, liability limits, and conduct-related responsibilities, may continue after account closure.

Kywok is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Kywok does not guarantee campaign results, publication success, review outcomes, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kywok will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Kywok may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves.

Kywok may update these terms from time to time and will indicate when they were last updated.

Continued use of Kywok after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
